Screw Roller

Continuous use reduces groove sharpness and affects pressure balance, so we perform Re-machining spiral grooves and Balancing
shapes perfect groove alignment work.

Calendar Roller

We remove worn-out layers and uneven surface work and we do Shaft repair & balancing and precision grinding & polishing .

A-Frame Trolley

We do complete A-frame trolleys with fabric rolls, dyeing rolls, and padding rolls; it helps to reduce floor clutter and improve workspace efficiency.

Ebonite Roller

Ebonite rolls undergo wear due to continuous pressure, chemical exposure and friction. So we are reworking the roll, which restores performance and prevents machine issues.

Roller - Rework

The roll surface becomes uneven, so we do grinding is done to achieve exact diameter, finish, and straightness. A rough or uneven roll can damage fabric or reduce output quality.

SS - Stirrer with Tank

Color mixing stirrers with variable speed control, Stand-type, wall-mounted, and automatic hydraulic stirrers (3HP–25HP), SS tanks with stirrer mixing fans are available.
